This dress is so sweet. 

Orange, pink & purple polka dots. I feel it is late 60s early 70s

Would make a very cute summer wedding outfit

Size: fits size 12 uk nicely

Up to 36" waist

Up to 38" bust

Fabric is polyester but very light

Matching belt and lovely white buttons
